RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our products are printed on demand to suit the needs of each individual. That being said, we must tailor our returns and exchanges policies accordingly:
While we do not accept “Returns”, we do offer refunds and exchanges in certain situations.
In general, we will offer a full refund for a product when requested within 1 business day of purchase. After 1 business day, the order will be pushed to production and can no longer be canceled and a refund or exchange will not be issued.
If there is an issue with your product being unavailable for whatever reason, we will notify you and grant a full refund.
We understand sometimes items arrive damaged or not at all. In these cases we offer full refunds or exchanges when extended to us from our product provider. So, when our provider deems the product quality does not meet their standards, a refund or exchange will be extended to the customer. The customer must provide an image of the product to show proof of damages or poor product quality.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT PROPERLY!
It is the responsibility of the customer to know their size and to reference provided size charts for each product. If an item does not have a sizing chart, please let us know!
SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING
Most of our orders are produced and shipped from the US.
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order and another email confirming your order has been shipped that contains tracking information.
If you do not receive your order and the order status has been changed to delivered or simply have a question about the shipping of your product, please contact us at contact@phillysportsjawn.com and we will investigate the matter.
PROCESSING TIME
Our fulfillment team is dedicated to making sure that you get your products as quickly as possible. Most orders leave the warehouse within 7-10 business days after purchase.
