The Sixers’ late-season tank turned out pretty successful with the team securing the fifth-best lottery odds after a loss to the Hawks Friday.

The Flyers made Chicago look like world-beaters Sunday, losing 7-4 to the lowly Blackhawks in what was a bizarre bonanza of goals.

It wasn’t quite as bad as the loss in Oklahoma City but the Sixers never stood a chance in a loss to the Hawks Sunday.

It was a good night for the ping-pong balls but not to watch actual basketball outside of another strong Quentin Grimes’ outing.

Despite a pretty dominant effort through the early goings, at least as far as the chances generated are concerned, the Flyers still found themselves in a two-goal hole in the third period.
