David Jones and Judah Mintz shined as the Summer Sixers closed their slate with a nice over the Celtics Sunday in Vegas.

Ricky Council IV was everywhere, Jeff Dowtin was big late and Judah Mintz flashes early as the Summer Sixers took down the Spurs in Vegas Friday night.

The 6-foot-8, 243-pounder has found ways to impact games without scoring, making his presence felt on defense and the boards.

There were lots of fouls, turnovers and misses, but the Sixers were able to move to 2-1 during Vegas summer league play with a win over the T-Wolves Tuesday.

Jared McCain continued to show off the diversity of his offensive game and Justin Edwards got going, but it wasn’t quite enough as the Sixers’ lose to the Grizzlies at the buzzer.

McCain posted 15 points, six rebounds, and three assists as he put together a few crafty passes and eye-popping finishes.
